Feedback and social well-being.

How does feedback actually work? How to give feedback in a way that is acceptable to the other side? How to create a social environment where people literally look forward to feedback?

This module is designed for:

Principals and their representatives who want to take a journey of self-discovery, testing, inspiring and gathering new impulses and experiences. The aim of this module is for you to leave as a refreshed leader who has the confidence to face new challenges.

Above all, the aim of this module is to practise and use the simple STOP, START, CONTINUE feedback format so that it can be used on a daily basis in the working reality.

The goal of this module is primarily to train and use the simple STOP, START, CONTINUE feedback format so that it can be used on a daily basis in the working reality.

The output of this module is:

An empowered principal and school representative who have the necessary information and tools to be able to give and receive feedback in a social environment that is appropriately set up for this.

Key activities:

Feedback form – Stop, start, continue

Participants practice giving feedback based on a gamified workshop. They will gain an understanding of the use of this form of feedback and at the same time a habit that will make them much better able to apply this form of feedback in their working reality.

Social well-being

Create groups of 4 and each group will take one aspect of social well-being and, with the help of guiding questions, translate it into their school practice. They will gather the views and perspectives of other participants and share good practice in each school.
